Here are a few whisky resources we have created. Over time, we plan to build this out more. Any feedback, corrections, suggestions, etc. are welcome!

Whisky Categories. This PDF file is a chart of the various whisky categories, along with the elements and legal requirements that define them. Included are scotch whisky, Irish whiskey, Japanese whisky, Canadian whiskey, and the multiple categories of American whiskey (bourbon, Tennessee whiskey, rye, American single malt, etc.)

Washington Whiskey Map. This interactive Google Map shows the 40+ Washington State whisky distilleries. Some listed may have shut down and others may not be currently open to the public; so check before visiting!

Scotch Whisky Production Process. This is a one-page overview of the various stages of scotch whisky production.
